PE-Active Renewal

Instructions


1.	The online renewal process should take anywhere from 3-5 minutes depending on your typing speed. If you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact our office for assistance.
2.	If you will be away from your computer for any period of time after starting your online renewal, it is strongly advised that you click on the "Save for Later" button located at the bottom of each page to minimize the risk of losing the data that you have input into the system. You can then log back into the renewal at a later time.
3.	By providing your valid email address, you will receive an automatic confirmation email indicating whether or not your submission was successful. The auto-generated confirmation email will be addressed from the WV State Treasurer's Office as egovconfirmations@wvsto.com so please take appropriate measures if you would like to ensure this email is delivered to your Inbox and not caught in a spam filter, quarantined, or blocked by your firewall.
4.	Paying by credit card will immediately upgrade your PE License status and allow instant access to print your official PE wallet card once the payment transaction is successful. Paying by check will result in your data submission being held until the renewal payment is received and processed. If payment is postmarked after a posted deadline, the licensee understands and accepts responsibilities for any late fees or reinstatement applications as may be required.
5.	If you elect to print each page of your responses as you proceed through the renewal process, please note that we cannot control your personal printer settings. If you see that your printouts are missing information from the right side of the page, simply re-adjust your printer settings or change from portrait to landscape. However, you will be able to download a PDF of your complete renewal when you successfully complete the renewal process.
6.	As noted on the payment page (the last page you will complete), your credit card or bank statement will show a billing line from the WVPE Board.
7.	As a final reminder, and as noted at the top of each page, while you are in the online renewal, please do not use the back button in your browser. If at any time you wish to exit the process, please click the "Exit" button located at the bottom of the page.
